Program Update Kathy Dawson, KVF #48 Docking State Office Building: Gets her customers in the spirit of Halloween with her facility decorations of ghosts, witches, ghouls, and the like. One can count on Kathy to decorate and share the holiday joy with her customers. Apparently no customers where frightened away by the festive spirits.

Fort Riley Update: Building 251 Full Food Service Cafeteria: Is one of seven Army dining facilities competing for the Connelly International Food Service Award. On November 16, 2006 the dining facility was inspected at 05:30 AM by the Connelly Award Review Team. Later that morning, certificates were awarded to each of the food service team members for their on-going, outstanding cleanliness and food preparation.
