Participants will explore their own attitudes and beliefs about persons who experience problems with gambling.

Participants will recognize the signs and symptoms of persons with problem gambling.

Participants will understand the magnitude and seriousness of problem gambling.

Participants will understand the various types of gamblers, the phases of pathological gambling and will be able to describe various means of gambling.

Participants will have an opportunity to practice giving a brief presentation to the group.
