- The self-assessment can tell you which benefits and services you and members of your family may qualify for.
- The online application lets you apply online for benefits and services SRS offers.

The information you give us on the self-assessment will not be shared with anyone else. We do not keep this information. You do not have to fill out the self-assessment. You can go directly to the application
and apply for all of the services you choose.

When you start filling out the online application and need to stop, you should protect your information from being seen by non-authorized persons by clicking on the Quit/Save button. This will allow you to come back and finish the application later. Also, if you are filling out the online application in a public location, do not leave the computer while you are filling out the form because your information could be seen by non-authorized persons.
