Q: Is it the intent of SRS and JJA to require the contractors to pay the same rate for all services or just YRC II? Concerned that if contractors have to pay the state rate they will see a decrease in what they are paid.?A: No, this applies only services that are new and current services whose rate has been changed as the result of a rate study. |

Q: Will a provider be able to access sex offender services in the future and if so how do they access those services?A: Providers will need to manage their population to stay within the parameters of YRC II. But for those youth in any YRC with Sex Offender Treatment needs, that YRC would access services through the CMHC's as with any other treatment needs. |
