Course Instructions

Before starting this course, click on each of the links below and print off the Manual, two copies of the Forms, and the fictional Case Studies.

You will need to familiarize yourself with the Manual so that you can refer to it when completing the forms. Some questions on the final Quiz will come from the Manual. You may log off from this site and read the Manual, if you choose.

You will also need to refer to a map of Kansas when answering questions on the final Quiz.

NOTE: The final Quiz requires the Authorware Web Player Plug-In to be installed on your machine in order to run. If you do not have the plug-in already installed on your machine you will be able to do so before taking the final Quiz. It only takes a few minutes to download. If your machine doesn't allow downloads you will need to access a machine that does.

To begin the course, click on the arrow at the bottom right of the page. Each page has the menu at the top and arrows at the bottom so you can maneuver through the course at your own pace and sequence. However, it is best to follow the sequence of the training as provided.
