There are six modules to this assessment,but due to the length of 2 of them the have been broken down into sub-parts, and you must complete each sub-part and score at least 85% on each sub-part for those modules. You can complete them in whatever order and at whatever speed you desire; you do not need to take them all at once.

When you enter each module, you will be required to sign in. You do not need to call in for an ID Number. Please put a number of your choice in the field. Do not use your Social Security Number. Please use the same number for every test.

Please remember that this is a professional responsibility, and as such should be treated in accordance with core professional values - including preparation, individual responsibility and integrity. You will be required to certify that you have personally reviewed the training materials and personally completed this assessment, and not utilized others to accomplish these responsibilities. In other words, this is your work effort and your work product. We know you will take this effort seriously and do a great job at it.
