Kansas Governor's Commission on Autism Autism Home Page Autism Steering Committee The Autism Steering Committee meets on a quarterly basis to discuss current policies and /or development of policies, legislative issues, evidence base practices , and make recommendations to SRS/DBHS/CSS in regards to the Home Community Based Services / Autism Waiver (HCBS/Autism). The committee's membership consists of Parents with Autistic children, professionals working in the field of Autism and/or Education, independent and agency providers of services and SRS/CSS staff.
