Services Performance Report
January, February, March 2006
All figures are for adults receiving community support services at the Center. The Independent Living figure reported reflects the percentage of persons living independently. The Competitive Employment figure reflects the percentage of persons who are competitively employed. The Higher Education figure reported reflects the percentage of who are involved in a higher education program. Hospital Days means the number of days each year adults spend in a state psychiatric hospital per 1,000 adults living in a mental health center's area (2000 Census). The Consumer Satisfaction data represent the degree that CMHC service quality met consumer expectations. The Penetration Rate reflects the number of persons receiving adult community services compared to the number of persons living within a mental health center's area. The report reflects how many community support adult consumers are being served for every 10,000 adults living in a mental health center's area.
