For this reporting period, South Central MHC was below the state average in all four of the Client Outcome areas. For Client Satisfaction, one of five subscale scores exceeded the state average and the Center’s penetration rate was below the state average.

All figures are for non-NFMH adults receiving community support
services at the Center. The Independent Living figure reported reflects
the percentage of persons living independently. The Competitive Employment
figure reported reflects the percentage of persons who are competitively employed.
The Higher Education figure reported reflects the percentage of who are
involved in a higher education program. Hospital Days means the number
of days each year adults spend in a state psychiatric hospital per 1,000 adults
living in a mental health center's area. The Consumer Satisfaction
figures represent the average percentage of persons stating that they are
satisfied or very satisfied with services for each subscale on the survey. The Penetration
Rate reflects the number of persons receiving adult community services
compared to the number of persons living within a mental health center's area.
The report figures reflects how many community support consumers are being
served for every 10,000 persons living in a mental health center's area (2000
census).
