Evidence Based Practice Home

2002
SRS reviewed the six established Evidence Based Practices: Supported Employment (SE), Integrated Dual Diagnosis (IDDT), Assertive Community Treatment, Illness Self Management and Recovery, Medication Algorithms, and Family Psycho-Education. It was assessed the most practical to implement were IDDT and SE. Kansas already had a strong Strengths Based Case Management program, and these two practices seemed to best complement the Strengths Based Case management model. Centers were encouraged to volunteer for the implementation.
