The State ADA Coordinator oversees the State of Kansas compliance with and implementation of the Americans' with Disabilities Act and applicable State law. The ADA requires that the States' programs, services, and activities be accessible to and usable by people with disabilities when viewed in its entirety.
If the public has general questions about the ADA, and its rules and regulations.;or if the public believes the law is not complied with by the State of Kansas they may file a complaint.
