SRS hires Registered Nurses from entry level positions to administrative management. Most nurses are responsible for: 

• providing patient-focused care and treatment; 
• actively participating in multidisciplinary teams; 
• maintaining patient records and charts; and 
• supervising and coordinating nursing services in designated patient living areas. 

administrative leadership and management; 

• scheduling of staff coverage; 
• care delivery; 
• leadership regarding compliance with policies of regulatory agencies; and 
• organization, supervision, and coordination of staff providing nursing services.
