Mission

The Operations Division has a mission of providing quality administrative leadership and operational support services.  The program philosophy is to act in accordance with the highest standards of ethical behaviors, accountability, efficiency, and conduct in the performance of duties and in daily interaction with customers.  This division is overseen by Laura Howard, the Assistant Secretary of SRS.

Services

The Division is actively involved with the various program commissions identifying program goals and planning and implementing the operational support necessary to ensure that program goals and objectives are achieved.

Accounting and Administrative Operations

Accounting & Administrative Operations is responsible for oversight of the Accounting, Procurement, and Facilities/Records Management functions of the agency.

Office of Financial Management

Office of Financial Management is responsible for the planning, reporting, oversight and reconciliation of all expenditures and funding in SRS and the State Hospitals.
