Topeka—The Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS) will hold a public forum about Adoption and Foster Care Issues on Tuesday, November 7 from 1-3pm at the Kansas City Area SRS Office, Gateway One Tower, 5th Floor Conference Room, 400 State Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas. SRS Secretary Janet Schalansky and Assistant Secretary Joyce Allegrucci will host the forum. All child welfare contractors, subcontractors, foster parents, school personnel, and court officials are invited to attend.
