Regulation Amendments
Each regulation listed here has proposed new changes or is a new regulation awaiting approval and adoption by the Secretary of SRS. The regulation changes or new regulation have to go through an internal process and once they have been approved by the Department of Administration and the Attorney General’s office they will be set for a public hearing. At that time we will post them under “Proposed New or Amended Regulations" where they will remain until after the public hearing. If no additional changes are made, they will then be adopted by SRS Secretary Jordan. Once they are formally adopted by the Secretary they will be posted under “Adopted New or Amended Regulations" for 30 days.
When you view the regulations under “Proposed New or Amended Regulations", you will note that they show all the corrections and changes and the editing marks are visible. This is so the changes can be easily identified. After they have been officially adopted we will post a corrected and clean finalized version for your convenience.
Note: Due to overall changes in the process, SRS regulations no longer has primary responsibility for administrative regulations contained in Articles: 5, 6 and 10 in Chapter 30.

At this time, both KHPA and SRS are sharing Articles 7 and 14, so any changes to these Articles may be found on either the SRS web site or the KHPA's web site.
