Summary and Economic Impact.

This memo outlines the Secretary's actions involving the amendment of certain regulations on a permanent basis. This regulation is being revoked effective fourteen days after the final publication of the revocation in the Kansas Register. There is no economic impact to this revocation another regulation 30-63-32 is being adopted to cover a similar program.

Certain of the amendments to the administrative regulations are only technical in nature (typographical, etc.). Such corrections do not affect policy and therefore are usually not mentioned in this summary.

The phrase "Federal Mandate" following an item indicates that the change is required by federal policy. Optional changes in regulations related to federal programs are subject to approval by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
