The Employee Relations representative provides
technical assistance and training in areas such as
Affirmative action planning and recruiting activities,
diversity awareness, employee counseling alternative
dispute resolution and civil rights questions
or complaints. Training opportunities are offered in sexual
harassment awareness, equal employment opportunities
and The Americans with Disabilities Act.
The department oversees the EEO representatives
and coordinates representation throughout the interview process.
