900-32 CONSOLIDATING COURT ORDERS
This Business Practice will be used when two or more separate court orders have been consolidated into one order. For example: Use this Business Practice when two existing orders are combined into one order or when two existing orders are combined into a new, third, order.
If you are consolidating two orders into one, you will have to end the legal details and legal obligation persons, deactivate the debts, end the legal roles and end the legal action on the legal action that will no longer exist.
The user will then have to add new legal details to reflect those that were ended on the extinct legal action but are still in effect on the consolidated order. The user will also have to add legal roles if necessary and activate debts for the new legal details on the legal action that will remain active.
If you are consolidating two court orders into a new court order you will have to end the legal details and LOPS, end legal roles, deactivate the debts for both legal actions, and create the new legal action.
