700-3 ADDING A NON-CSE-CASE-RELATED PERSON'S ADDRESS TO THE SYSTEM

This process is used to add a domestic address of a Non-CSE-Case-Related Person to the system.

- If a Non-CSE-Case-Related Person has a foreign address without an end date on NADS or FADS, the notation "Foreign Address" will appear above the Edit line, on NADR.

- If a Non-CSE-Case-Related Person, is later assigned to a KAECSES CSE case, and has a verified foreign address entered on FADS; the address will appear, protected on NADS.

- If all foreign addresses on NADS & FADS are end dated; the "Foreign Address" notation on NADR will disappear.

Next to NADR:

1. On NADR:

 

--Enter Person Number--

--Press PF2 Display--

--Enter an "S" in the field adjacent to a blank row--

--Enter the following fields: --

 

    Street 1, Street 2 (if applicable)

    City

    ST

    Zip

    Typ - (R - residential or M - mailing)

    Source (optional)

    Ver Dt - (required) Defaults to current date. (User can enter a date up to 6mos from the current      date.

--Press PF5 Add--

NOTE: The user must either enter a Verification Date or End Code & Date when adding the address. An address can be both verified and ended, up to 6 months in the future.

Example:

A client calls in advance of moving, the user can enter and verify the New Address up to 6 months from Today's Date. She can also End Date the Current Address up to 6 months from Today's Date. KAECSES will continue sending mail to the current address, and not begin sending mail to the new address based on the dates entered.
