1000-21 DISPLAYING CRITERIA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
This business practice describes how to display a list of all criteria necessary to do a manual administrative action and the criteria the system uses to do an automatic administrative action.
Next to ADAA:
1. On ADAA:
--Enter an
AS@ in the Sel field by the administrative action for which you wish to view the criteria--NOTE: This screen also lists FDSO exemption codes. These are not administrative actions but CRIT will list the description of the FDSO exemption type for reference. You may select any of the FDSO exemption types.
--Press PF15 to proceed to CRIT--
2. On CRIT:
The criteria for the administrative action is displayed. Scroll for additional pages as necessary. End dated criteria will be kept as a historical record but will be displayed at the end of the list.
