1000-19 DISCONTINUING AN EXEMPTION FROM ADMINISTRATIVE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
Administrative Enforcement Exemptions may be ended at any time. Once an end date is added, the system will certify the obligation(s) (SDSO, CRED and KDWP) or the obligor (Federal certifications) for administrative enforcement actions the next time the Administrative Enforcement Action Certification takes place, providing the obligation(s) meet other certification criteria.
