KAECSES allows the user to record information about administrative appeal hearings.
Next to AHEA:
1. On AHEA:

--Press PF4 to flow to AAPS. Select the appeal and press PF9 Return.--
NOTE: If an appeal hearing exists, it will be displayed. If it does not, a message will be displayed and the appeal hearing can be added. Enter the appropriate information as follows:

NOTE: A monitored activity is created for the hearing date. No history of hearing records exists. If the hearing is continued to another date, the user will need to update the record which replaces the existing record.
