In Home Program Case Review Reports

Beginning with Fiscal Year 2006 contracts, if a family receiving in home services from a family preservation (FPS) provider has a child placed outside the home, then that  family continues to be served by the FPS provider for reintegration and other services to achieve permanency. Thus, some cases in the read sample may be assigned for services to the family preservation provider. It's possible that in a sample period, there are no cases read in which out of home services were provided by the FPS provider.
