CFS Program Case Review Results

Information in the reports on this page is derived from quarterly case read review results. Quarterly reports are based on the Kansas state fiscal year which begins July of a year and ends on June 30th of the following year. The population of review in these reports is case level information for families and children who receive child welfare service delivery. This program case review is one activity of quality assurance used by Kansas SRS Children and Family Services in the development of performance improvement.

Intake and Assessment:  This report covers program review for child protection services and assessments, including case level review for reports not accepted for further investigation.

In-Home Services: This report covers program review for either family preservation services or other family services to prevent out of home placement.

Out of Home Services:  This report covers program review for services provided to children and families who receive reintegration, adoption, or other permanency services when there is a child in state agency custody.

Adoption:  This report covers program review for children who have been referred to KCSL for adoption services.
